What information is needed for a quotation?
Basic information includes material type, size, quantity, customization details, logo requirements, and target delivery time.
Product & Materials
What foam materials do you offer?
We specialize in EVA foam and also support PU, PE, and EPE foam materials. Different densities, hardness levels, and surface finishes are available depending on application needs.
What are your foam products mainly used for?
Our foam products are widely used in packaging, transportation protection, industrial applications, medical and educational products, sports & fitness items, and customized foam inserts.
What sizes and shapes can you produce?
We support fully customized sizes and shapes, including CNC-cut, die-cut, molded, and engraved foam products based on drawings or samples.
Do you offer different colors?
Yes. Standard colors are available for most products. Custom colors can be produced based on Pantone codes or physical samples, subject to MOQ.
Can you provide real product photos?
Yes. We provide real product photos for standard items. For custom projects, production photos or sample images can be shared after confirmation.

Can I add my logo to the foam products?
Yes. Logo customization options include laser engraving, silk screen printing, and heat transfer printing, depending on the product and material.

Can you work based on drawings or samples?

MOQ, Pricing & Samples
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We support flexible MOQs. Small batch customization is available for selected products, while custom projects may require a higher MOQ depending on complexity.
How is the pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on material type, size, thickness, customization level, order quantity, and packaging requirements.
Does the unit price decrease with higher quantity?
Yes.
Larger quantities benefit from more competitive unit pricing. We encourage bulk orders for cost efficiency.
Can I order a sample before mass production?
Yes.
Samples are available. Sample cost and shipping fees may apply and are usually refundable after bulk order confirmation.
